Cygnet Broughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with challenging behaviors. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care and Support Worker to join our team.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities in a residential setting
- Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
- Working closely with the management team to ensure effective delivery of care
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
