Key Responsibilities
- Line manage a team of advocates, working together to deliver person-centered services that meet clearly defined objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support individuals in the community, including those involved in the Child Protection process.

About You
We are looking for someone creative, flexible, and organized, able to balance direct work with administrative tasks. As this role is home-based with regular travel in Mid Cornwall, we prefer candidates based in that area but will consider applications from those based in Cornwall with a full driving license and reliable transportation.
