Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized School Services Manager to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. This is a full-time position, with a salary range of approximately £29,350 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager and members of the Senior Leadership Team. This includes managing operations, supporting finance functions, and ensuring compliance with school policies.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Secretarial / Reception / Admin - Provide administrative support, manage diaries, and attend meetings.
  • Finance - Scrutinise purchase orders, ensure all financial information is filed correctly, and source resources as requested by staff.
  • General - Maintain pupil and staff information on school systems, produce reports for staff on request, and deal with telephone enquiries in a prompt and friendly manner.
