About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team and lead our property services department.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property compliance and staff within the department.
- Oversee Health & Safety property compliance in various areas, including gas installations, electrical safety, fire safety, building safety, legionella, asbestos, and lifts.
- Continue driving and developing compliance for all service areas to achieve top quartile performance in all categories.
Liaising with Customers:
Developing service delivery, providing equality, preparing opportunities for growth, and innovation within the service area are key aspects of this role.

Requirements:
- A Level 5 qualification in a construction-related discipline.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- (Ideally) Senior management experience within a property maintenance sector.
- A full driving license.
