We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Director to join our client's Property Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the property repairs function and ensuring that all works are completed to agreed quality standards, timescales, and tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property maintenance and repair, including managing teams and budgets. Strong technical knowledge of property maintenance and preferably surveying or construction qualification is also required.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service performance and efficiency.

Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize service delivery.

Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
