Interaction Health and Social Care is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading childcare provider in the London area. We are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a 5-bed children's home, providing a nurturing environment for young people. To be eligible for this role, applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. Additionally, they must have at least two years of experience at a supervisory level within an Ofsted-regulated children's home. A driving license is highly desirable.

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children. The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
