We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our Front of House team. As a Receptionist at The Londoner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel operation. You will also need to have experience with IT applications, including Opera, Office 365, Sales Force, and Review Pro. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are essential, as is an impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of the guest journey, including check-in, check-out, rooming, and providing general information about London.
  • Process cash payments and manage a float in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond to guest communication professionally, ensuring personalisation and customisation to deliver service excellence.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks within the department.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensuring that all requirements during their stay are fulfilled in a way that makes them feel special and recognised returning guests.
