Reception and Guest Services Coordinator

This is a permanent role, 40 hours a week; Monday – Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM as per our needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting different buildings, depending on the operation's demand.
- Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with our brand standards.
- Maintaining awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
- Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via phone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Having an excellent command of English, verbal and written.
- Being creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
