Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Worker at Richmond Fellowship's Roper Street service.
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as domestic and financial management, education, and employment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes recovery and well-being
No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. However, a caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others are essential.
You will need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and willing to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
