We're seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to join our team as a Recovery Worker. As a key member of our Roper Street service, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
About the Role
As a Recovery Worker, you'll work closely with our residents to develop personalized support plans that address their unique needs and aspirations. This may involve helping them develop domestic and financial management skills, accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities, or simply providing a listening ear and a supportive presence.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping others. While relevant experience is not necessary, you'll need to be willing to learn and adapt to our recovery-focused approach. A strong understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience would be an asset, but not a requirement.
