We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Worker. As a key member of our Roper Street service, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.
About the Role
As a Recovery Worker, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans that empower our service users to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community. You'll work closely with individuals to identify their strengths and areas for development, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user
- Provide guidance and support to help individuals develop their domestic and finance management skills
- Assist service users in accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

Requirements
We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs and has a caring and compassionate nature. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
This is a permanent part-time position requiring the post holder to work 22.5 hours per week.
