About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Everyturn Mental Health. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals to develop a crisis plan, relapse prevention strategies, and self-management tools to promote recovery and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in working 1:1 with service users with complex needs, be aware of health and social care systems, and have knowledge of local care pathways and community resources.

The Community Crisis Worker will provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients, utilizing de-escalation skills, active listening, and calm communication to support individuals in crisis. The role involves co-producing and implementing crisis plans, providing signposting and guidance, and developing knowledge of local care pathways and community resources to meet service user needs.

The Safe Haven Case Coordinator will work collaboratively with the individual to develop a personalized plan, providing support and guidance to access services and resources. The role requires effective documentation and time management, ensuring up-to-date and clear record-keeping in line with organizational policies.
