Recovery Focus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with individuals to develop a personal support plan that addresses their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide support and guidance to help individuals maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.
  • Collaborate with a team to provide a range of support services, including outreach support, peer support, and supported housing.
  • Help individuals access work, leisure, or educational opportunities.
  • Develop domestic and finance management skills.

Requirements:

  • No relevant experience is required, as full training will be provided.
  • Candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience are welcomed.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to be part of a weekly rota system and available for on-call duties.
