Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored support plans that align with their personal goals.
  • Assist individuals in enhancing their life skills, including financial management and domestic responsibilities.
  • Facilitate access to educational, recreational, and employment opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing encouragement and support to foster independence and resilience.
Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary, as we offer extensive training. However, candidates with an understanding of mental health challenges or personal experience are encouraged to apply. Your genuine empathy and enthusiasm for helping others are what truly matter.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic environment.
