About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Crisis Team in Carlisle and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team providing high-quality care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mental health care to individuals in crisis
  • Work collaboratively with the Crisis Team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Experience working in mental health services, preferably in a crisis setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
