We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Crisis Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will work flexibly to cover a 08:00 to 20:00 hours shift, providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered care to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and carers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Mental Health Nursing degree
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Minimum 12 months experience as a CPN within the past 3 years
- Right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided)
- Dedicated point of contact to support you in your role
- Free access to training
- Free BILD accredited PMVA training
- Excellent rates of pay and flexibility of work
