About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Roper Street service. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as domestic and financial management, accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to identify and address their needs, promoting independence and recovery
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users

What We Are Looking For

No relevant experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience are encouraged to apply.
