**Competitive Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

The programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your career. You'll learn sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management, enabling you to market to local business partners and build relationships with key decision-makers. In return, we'll reward your development with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.
