About Us: Child Care Resources Inc is a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional child care services in the community. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Development Manager.

Estimated Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Job Overview: The Program Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote youth development, education, and recreational activities. This role requires a strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to create engaging programs for children aged 5-18.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement educational, enrichment, and recreational programs for children aged 5-18.

  2. Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote program participation and resources.

  3. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality programming.

  4. Collaborate with staff members to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.

  5. Maintain accurate records of program attendance, participation, and evaluation results.

  6. Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance program quality and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in program development, implementation, and management in a child care setting.

  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

  • Licenses/Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license.

Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage: $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

  • Overtime Pay: Eligible for overtime pay after working 40 hours per week.
