Program Development Manager Job Description

Aquent is hiring a skilled Program Development Manager to oversee the development and implementation of technical programs for our smart building systems portfolio.

This is a temporary position offering an estimated annual salary of £107,990, pro rata (PAYE). The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex technical projects and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities:
  • Define, organize, and manage program activities, ensuring smooth execution to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and continuously improve processes and methodologies, leveraging best practices and program metrics.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, procurement processes, and ensure managed service delivery is on time and within budget.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Development Manager.
