About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Program Manager to drive our learning initiatives forward. This key role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver timely and effective learning solutions, both technical and leadership-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple learning programs seamlessly.
  • Prioritize a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
  • SOURCE external vendors to enhance our learning offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Lead and support the learning operations team for smooth delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and implement strategies to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain policies and processes to streamline learning operations.
  • Analyze learning data to inform decision-making.
  • Manage leadership development programs effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on learning and development.
  • A proven track record in managing global learning programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning and development.

Compensation Package:

This position offers an estimated annual salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
