Senior Training Executive: Join our team as a Senior Training Executive and take on the challenge of developing and delivering high-quality training programs for professionals in the insolvency and restructuring sector. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of Training to create engaging learning experiences that enhance our association's brand and reputation.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Executive to lead the development and delivery of training programs that meet the needs of our members. The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and e-learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our members.
  • Work closely with the Head of Training to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Manage volunteer committees and working groups.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop training programs that meet learning objectives.
  2. Deliver training programs to diverse audiences.
  3. Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in training and e-learning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits:
  • Salary range £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
