We are recruiting a Career Coach to join our team at Bracknell and Wokingham College, supporting young people with SEND.

This full-time position is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to work on our Employability programmes within the LLDD department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering tailored support plans for students with SEND.
  • Building relationships with students, parents, and external partners to promote employability.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure program success.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working with young people with SEND in education or training settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • A deep understanding of career coaching principles and practices.

Benefits Package

  • Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
