Amazon is seeking a talented Program Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness across supply chains and multiple operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform program development and implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience working in program or project management, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
What We Offer

The salary for this Program Development Specialist role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
