Job Title: Academic Program Developer

Salary Range: £16 - £19 Per hour (Temporary, Full-Time)

Job Overview:

Protocol is seeking an Academic Program Developer to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging enrichment programs for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate enrichment activities into the curriculum
  • Organize field trips, guest speakers, and other educational events
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements

Requirements:

  • Award in Education and Training (Level 3) or working towards
  • Proven track record of coordinating enrichment activities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with young people and staff
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education coordination
