The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business development strategy and process, as well as experience leading teams and working with international donors. They will be responsible for growing our portfolio of health programs, becoming a technical thought leader, and developing our health brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on opportunity identification and creation;
  • Engaging in network building with external stakeholders to support new business efforts;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan and develop proposals;

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a generous benefits package and several day-to-day perks.
