In accordance with the strategic direction of Island Health, quality and safety are top priorities. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work under the direction of the Manager or designate to facilitate access and egress processes for assigned housing or shelter programs.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing program services, participating in planning and delivery of support services, and ensuring adherence to residence or shelter policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of mental illness/addictions/special needs populations and their rehabilitation and housing needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
