Fortrea UK Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Nurse Team Leader to oversee our Clinical Research Nurse Team in the discovery of life-changing medicines. A passion for people, their well-being, and development is essential, along with previous supervisory experience.

About the Role

  • Previous supervisory experience is essential, but not necessarily in a clinical environment. We welcome applications from experienced people supervisors from healthcare and other industries.
  • This is an office-based, full-time role 37 hours per week based at our Leeds clinic.
  • Shifts are predominantly Monday-Friday, but overtime and weekends may be required by the business as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of supervising a team is the essential piece. You have proven experience of successfully supervising a diverse team and driving results.
  • You may have worked in a research / healthcare environment before.
  • You can prove you have a passion for your team, their well-being, performance and development.
  • You're a team player with an attention for detail and quality who can drive the highest standards through your team.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong prioritisation skills when given guidance.

About Fortrea UK Holdings Limited

You will report to a Clinical Operations Manager who will provide direct support and guidance to help you in your role and ensure that the team's performance is aligned to the objectives of the business. No two days are ever the same in the clinic and you will have the opportunity to grow your skills as you gain experience of a wide variety of Therapeutic Indications and study types working across the Phase I portfolio.
