As part of this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide employment support to individuals experiencing serious mental health difficulties.
This position involves building strong relationships with service users, promoting their employment goals and aspirations. You will also be responsible for utilizing IT systems to coordinate communication and documentation, as well as managing your time effectively to maximize impact.
Key Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in employment support or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,400 - £37,600 per annum, based on experience. In addition, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities within our organization.
