About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RVN to join our nursing team, providing high-quality care to animals in need. As part of our team, you will assist in surgeries, maintain patient records, and participate in the out-of-hours rota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgeries and other clinical procedures, working closely with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Participate in the out-of-hours rota, including night and weekend on-call duties, and support other branches with holiday and sickness cover as needed
- Act as a clinical coach, mentoring and guiding junior nurses in their professional development
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits package
- Opportunities for professional development and continuing education, with a CPD allowance of £300 per annum
- Full RCVS fees paid, and mileage reimbursement for out-of-hours work
- A supportive and collaborative team environment, with opportunities to act as a clinical coach
