Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Euro Garages. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. If you have a passion for working with people and a keen eye for detail, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Prepare and serve beverages to our customers, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety and health policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Offer recommendations and promote our products and services to enhance customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
Enjoy a competitive estimated salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 30% Starbucks discount, 15% off food to go at various stores, 10% Asda discount card, employee assistance program, quarterly bonus incentive, free beverage on shift, EG Cares benefits and rewards platform, life assurance, and access to an online course library. Training is provided for those without prior food safety experience.
