Salary: £420 to £525 + 12.07% Holiday Pay inflation.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking to gain experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside qualified teachers to ensure students are understanding and attempting work.
- Help students access and understand the curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Support teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
