Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Hexham store as an Assistant Store Manager.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team and contribute to the success of one of the UK's leading retail brands.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve customer engagement and increase sales revenue
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
