About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team in Hexham. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
