Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Texthelp Systems. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization through a merger process, focusing on employee relations issues that arise during this transitional period.
Main Responsibilities- Support with Organisational Design: Assist in the development and implementation of organizational design strategies to align with the post-merger business objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations team and leadership team: Understand current organizational structures and support planning activities.
- Compliance and Legal Support: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the merger process.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to employee relations, such as feedback from surveys and exit interviews, to identify trends and address concerns related to the merger.
- 3+ years experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field, with proven experience in conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.
- Experience in the application of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices across UK and USA.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with Project Management.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Certification or membership of CIPD.
- Experience of working in HR during a merger and/or acquisition, playing a key role during the integration.
