Employee Relations Specialist

Due to an exciting period of transformation and reorganisation, our Co Antrim based Client, a global market leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for a 6 month duration.
About the RoleThis is a highly varied Employee Relations opportunity and a critical role in supporting the organisation through a merger process, ensuring continued engagement and effective resolution of people issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and manage a busy caseload of informal and formal employee relations issues for both the UK and US jurisdictions.
- Support with organisational design and assist in the development and implementation of OD strategies.
- Collaborate with operations team and leadership to understand current organisational structures and support planning activities.
- Support the design and rollout of new organisational structures and provide compliance and legal support.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and HR leadership to address complex ER issues and mitigate legal risks.
- Analyse data related to employee relations, such as feedback from surveys and exit interviews, to identify trends and address concerns.
- Prepare reports for HR leadership summarising findings and recommending actions to improve employee relations.
- Recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with a minimum of 3 years experience in employee relations/HR, with proven experience in conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.
You will have experience in the application of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices across the UK and USA, and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
You will also have experience in change management and organisational transition, strong organisational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
