Employee Relations Specialist

Join Hunter Savage, a successful and passionate global employer, in a 6-month contract role as an Employee Relations Specialist. This is a varied and crucial role in supporting the organisation through a merger process, ensuring continued engagement and effective resolution of people issues.
The Role- Immediate start available
- Support with organisational design and development
- Collaborate with operations team and leadership to understand current organisational structures and support planning activities
- Compliance and legal support
- Conflict Resolution and mediation
- Recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions to resolve employee relations issues effectively
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in employee relations/HR, with proven experience in conducting investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.
- Experience in the application of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices across the UK and USA
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in change management and organisational transition
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with change and project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Full time hours Monday to Friday, some flexibility around start and finish time
- Hybrid office and home working (2 days office/3 WFH)
