Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an organised and efficient individual to provide clerical and administrative support to our team at The Seven Day Centre in Wishaw.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, including reception duties for the public who use the centre. You will provide essential support to our team, allowing us to deliver high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support to the team.
- Assist with reception duties, greeting visitors and providing information as required.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Moderate experience in a clerical/administrative environment is essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages is necessary.
- An HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of personnel policies and procedures are also desirable.
