Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team at Anderson Knight. As an HR Specialist, you will provide support across various functions, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and employment law.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on performance management, absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Policy and Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Learning and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development opportunities.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

**Requirements:**
  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or diverse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualification

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
