Role Overview

The NHS Scotland seeks a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide comprehensive support services in the Management offices at University Hospital Wishaw.

This role involves providing secretarial support, diary management, organising meetings, and other administrative duties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business administration and be proficient in using software systems.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to senior management team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Organise meetings and events, including travel arrangements and catering
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience as a management secretary
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What We Offer

NHS Scotland offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
