Anderson Knight Hiring: Employment Support Coordinator Position

We're looking for a dedicated Employment Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. As an Employment Support Coordinator, you'll provide HR support across various functions, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and employment law.

**The Role Includes:**
  • Employee Relations: Supporting managers with performance management, absence, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
  • HR Administration: Overseeing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR policies.
  • Policy and Compliance: Maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Learning and Development: Coordinating training sessions and development opportunities.
  • HR Projects: Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

**You Will Need:**
  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or diverse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualification

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
