About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Adult Safeguarding Practitioner to join our team in South Warwickshire.

This Band 4 position involves working as part of our Urgent Response/Community Response Team, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs, adhering to Trust policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
