Compliance and Quality Assurance Role

Premier Foods is seeking a skilled Compliance and Quality Assurance professional to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Technical Compliance Manager in delivering our quality management system (QMS) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Technical Compliance Manager to close out actions raised during customer audits and third-party audits.
  2. Manage customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Develop and maintain documentation and document control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer codes of practice.
  4. Provide administrative support for quality-related activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
