Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Givaudan. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigation and Reporting: Manage and coordinate investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformance, communicate and report on investigation findings to internal and external customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Be the single Point of Contact (SPOC) for communicating with partners, analyze and interpret CI/performance indicators/improvement project data, define and propose improvements, complete approved actions.
  • Team Support: Support the daily coordination of the Fine Fragrance Validation team, provide support to the QA Manager by performing analysis and interpretation/trending of reported data from multiple sources.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and implement assigned actions related to quality assurance requirements, demonstrate and provide a good level of knowledge and interpretation of quality-related policies, standards, procedures, and requirements in daily work life.
  • Quality Culture: Promote quality principles and culture, being visible, walking the floor, participating in SOED/VPM meetings in multiple tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Vocational Diploma in an appropriate technical field or University degree.
  • Experience: Overall work experience of 5+ years in a similar position, 1 to 2 years of coaching experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using computer-based Management Applications, good level of understanding of the principles of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement.
