Job Title: IT Trainer

About the Role

Ashfords LLP is seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our Exeter office on a full-time basis. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff across four offices, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing software packages
  • Tailor training to meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Develop and promote the 'Ashfords Way' for document formatting and storage
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and IT Project and Governance Manager to ensure product training is produced and delivered as required
  • Liaise with various departments to establish training requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of our staff

Requirements

  • Previous training experience in a legal environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Full and valid UK driving license
