About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Training Specialist to join our team at Ashfords LLP. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing software packages
  • Tailor training to meet the needs of different audiences and skill levels
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and IT Project and Governance Manager to ensure product training is produced and delivered as required
  • Liaise with various departments and individuals to establish training requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of the business
  • Review and amend the content of induction training to reflect any changes required
Requirements
  • Previous training experience in a legal environment (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Ability to respond to the needs of the business and act professionally and ethically
  • Evidence of undertaking a professional training qualification (desirable)
