About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic IT Training Specialist to join our team at Ashfords LLP. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our staff across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing software packages
  • Tailor training to meet the needs of different audiences and skill levels
  • Develop and implement training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and IT Project and Governance Manager to ensure product training is delivered as required
  • Liaise with various departments and individuals to establish training requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of different groups
  • Review and amend the content of induction training to reflect any changes
Requirements
  • Previous training experience in a legal environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word, to promote the 'Ashfords Way' for document formatting
  • Evidence of undertaking a professional training qualification is preferred
  • Ability to travel to various locations, including overnight stays, to deliver training sessions
  • Full and valid UK driving license
