IT Trainer Opportunity at Avocet Legal

Dani from Avocet Commercial Careers is excited to present a unique chance for an IT Trainer to contribute to the technological growth and employee development of a prestigious law firm in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IT training across multiple office locations, ensuring a standardized approach to document formatting and storage.
  • Train staff on existing and new software packages, tailoring the training to match audience abilities.
  • Work with management to develop and deliver product training as required, liaising with various departments to establish training requirements.
  • Design and develop training programs for different groups, reviewing and updating induction training content as needed.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions and floor walks at different office locations, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous training experience, preferably in a legal environment (beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional training qualification (preferred).
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
  • Willingness to travel to different offices in the South West and London, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
