C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst to join their team in West Sussex. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing sales and pricing data to ensure competitiveness and achieve profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse sales data to inform pricing decisions and optimise the online booking platform.
- Monitor competitor pricing to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Respond to price match and pricing queries, reviewing contracts and applying calculations.
- Analyse booking patterns to support commercial decisions in the pricing of holidays.
- Support in identifying system errors, user testing, and implementation of projects as requested.
- Loading of costings into the reservation system.
- Support with testing external data feeds into the reservation system.
- Experience in a yield, pricing, revenue management, or commercial role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing approach.
- Ability to learn new procedures and business disciplines.
- Highly organised with ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and achieve set objectives and targets.
- Salary £25k to £29k depending on experience.
- Hybrid working after probationary period, currently 4 days in the office, 1 day at home.
- Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30.
