Job Overview

DataCareers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing central purchasing and exchequer activities, including sourcing goods and services, processing payments and receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source purchasing requests within service standards, including urgent requests
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Check and process all invoices received on to the financial system
  • Administer receipt of goods inwards, including storage and distribution
  • Process urgent payments and assist with audits as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good administrative skills and ability to organize own time effectively
  • Able to evidence good computer skills and experience in using software packages, including spreadsheets and word

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £32,361 per annum, based on a 35-hour working week and an annual salary of £16.18 per hour.
